Meet the Team
A Day in the Life: Life as an Employment Law Senior Associate
A career in Employment Law is fast-paced, varied, and people-focused.
Your day might involve advising a client on a sensitive HR issue, drafting contracts or policies, or preparing for an employment tribunal. You could be speaking directly with clients, working through complex scenarios, or collaborating with colleagues to find the best outcome.
No two days are the same — you’ll need to think on your feet, communicate clearly, and balance legal precision with commercial awareness.
There’s also a strong sense of impact in the work. The advice you give can directly shape workplace decisions, resolve disputes, and support both businesses and individuals through important moments.
