A Day in the Life: Life as a Real Estate Associate
A career in Real Estate is fast-moving, varied, and deal-driven.
Your day might involve reviewing contracts for a commercial property purchase, negotiating lease terms, or carrying out due diligence on a development site. You’ll often be working to tight deadlines, coordinating with clients, agents, and other lawyers to keep transactions progressing.
No two deals are the same, which means you’ll constantly be exposed to different property types, clients, and challenges.
As you develop, you’ll take on more responsibility for managing transactions, advising clients directly, and helping to drive deals from instruction through to completion.
